This pivotal role focuses on HR compliance, recruitment, performance management, and shaping a strong, people-centered culture. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment, has a keen understanding of multi-country HR operations and regional labour laws, and is willing to travel across these regions as needed to support and engage with local teamsMinimum Requirements:Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field7+ years of HR/People Management experience, preferably in a sales-driven, direct sales, or field-based environmentMulti-country HR management experience (South Africa, Botswana, Namibia highly advantageous)Strong grasp of HR compliance, labour laws, and employment contractsExpertise in performance management, employee engagement, and cultural developmentSkilled in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relationsFamiliarity with incentive programs, compensation models, and payroll processesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel when required and work independently with a dispersed sales teamDuties and Responsibilities:Performance & Culture: Build a high-performance, engaged culture among sales consultants, supporting regional managers in driving team successCompliance & Contracts: Ensure adherence to labour regulations, manage employment contracts, and oversee fair compensation practicesRecruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring efforts for sales consultants and managers, ensuring smooth integration and structured onboardingEmployee Engagement: Collaborate with leadership to enhance motivation, development, and retention of sales teamsEmployee Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters professionally and fairlyRewards & Incentives: Design and refine commission, bonus, and recognition programs to motivate and reward performanceHR Strategy: Work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with sales and marketing goals across all regionsPlease do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.Kontak Recruitment Disclaimer:Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
