Role Purpose:

Manage existing and identify potential corporate relationships and offer them the ADIB program.

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

1. Identify corporates and business opportunities and scope ADIB business potential.
2. Ensure periodic meetings and visits to maintain up-to-date insight on the assigned portfolio and share details with the respective line manager.
3. Review current product programs and perform benchmarking with key competitors.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel in identified corporates and present the ADIB@WORK proposition document to create new business avenues and enhanced accessibilities.
5. Engage various business units throughout the identified opportunities, manage and ensure the generation of business leads.
6. Ensure proper closure of leads and resolution of complaints.
7. Develop cross-selling opportunities from sourced leads and identify product and policy enhancements to boost acquisitions.

Results Required:

1. Work closely with the Corporate Banking Group and other stakeholders on new and existing corporate clients in the portfolio under management and scope business potential.
2. Ensure relevant TML remarks are updated and regular reviews are in place.
3. Provide market intelligence on key competitors to ensure competitive propositions and packages are in place.
4. Ensure the following tasks are met:
a. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and present them to all corporates within assigned portfolios.
b. Strengthen relationships with employers/employees and cover them in ADIB@WORK acquisition programs (onboarding, marketing kiosks, package circulation, financial wellness sessions, etc.).
5. Increase key product penetration within the assigned portfolio (ACs, Assets, and CC) and channel leads to tagged teams through the Lead Management team.
6. Provide employees of corporates in the assigned portfolio with superior service levels and swift conversion of leads (within TAT) in coordination with the Customer Excellency team.
7. Propose campaigns, identify opportunities to increase product penetration, and suggest policy enhancements that are portfolio/employer relevant.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:

1. Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in business administration, finance, or a related field).
2. 6 years of experience in retail banking – front-line Business Development preferred.
3. Organizational talent: strong planning and multitasking skills, ability to address many issues simultaneously.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Strong team player.
6. Willingness to travel within the UAE.
