Job Description
An established credit provider specializing in development finance and property-backed lending seeks a qualified Finance Manager to lead their full finance function. This hands-on role offers exposure to financial forecasting, investor reporting, treasury management, and strategic financial analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- CIMA qualification with 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Proven cashflow forecasting and budgeting expertise
- Experience managing finance teams and presenting to stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High integrity and adaptability
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance team and review monthly management packs
- Prepare quarterly forecasts and budget variance reports
- Present financial analysis to shareholders and investors
- Manage treasury and capital requirements
- Oversee FSCA/FIC compliance obligations
- Participate in credit approvals and deal profitability analysis
- Monitor risk for loan portfolio and property security
- Coordinate HR administration and recruitment
Remuneration & Benefits
